Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to seats purchased directly from Dataflexio under an invoice that references this policy. Complimentary seats, partner-sponsored seats, and third-party marketplace purchases (if any) follow the terms of that arrangement instead.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of invoice payment if you have not accessed more than one recorded module and have not attended any live session tied to that seat. Requests after that window are evaluated under partial refund or denial rules below.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between day eight and day twenty-one after payment, and you have completed fewer than half of the recorded modules with no live attendance, we may issue a partial refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of the seat fee after deducting a fixed administrative amount of ₩80,000. Continuity Seat annual plans follow the cancellation section instead of this partial schedule.

Non-refundable items

The following are not refundable once delivered or commenced: completed live critique hours, customized packet clinics already held, printed materials shipped at your request, and third-party tooling licenses purchased on your behalf. Administrative fees stated on an invoice are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@dataflexio.digital with subject line “Refund request,” your invoice number, enrolled participant name, and reason for the request. We may ask for confirmation that module access has stopped. Approved refunds are confirmed in writing before funds move.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are typically processed within fourteen (14) business days of written approval. Funds return via the original payment method when possible; otherwise by bank transfer to an account you designate in writing. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are outside Dataflexio’s control.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future live cohort seat and transfer once to a later cohort within six months at no extra fee if notice arrives at least ten days before the original live start. Continuity Seat annual plans may be cancelled with thirty days’ written notice; unused future quarters may be refunded pro rata minus clinics already delivered in the current quarter.

Exceptions

If Dataflexio cancels a program permanently and cannot offer a reasonable transfer, you receive a full refund of unused fees. Documented medical emergencies preventing participation may be considered for goodwill adjustments outside the standard schedule, at Dataflexio’s discretion and without creating a standing entitlement.
